About the BrandSALT is Independent Food Company’s flagship brand and one of Dubai’s most iconic homegrown food concepts. What started as a silver Airstream trailer on Kite Beach in 2014 quickly became a cultural phenomenon, redefining casual dining in the UAE. More than just a burger spot, SALT was built around the idea of celebrating simple food, great locations, and memorable experiences.
While SALT is already one of the region’s most recognized food brands, the objective of this campaign was to evolve consumer perception beyond burgers and establish SALT as a lifestyle-led dining destination for every occasion.
The campaign showcased SALT as a brand that seamlessly fits into the rhythm of everyday life — from breakfast meetings and morning coffee runs to lunch breaks, family outings, afternoon pick-me-ups, post-workout refuels and casual dinners. Through authentic creator storytelling, audiences were introduced to the breadth of the SALT experience, highlighting its versatility across different moments, routines, and personalities.
To bring this positioning to life at scale, the campaign leveraged a predominantly micro-creator strategy, maximizing content diversity and authentic use cases across the GCC. A select group of mid-tier creators provided additional reach and credibility, helping reinforce SALT’s evolution from a beloved burger brand into a modern lifestyle brand that is present from breakfast, lunch, and dinner — and everything in between.
